WAFBA, LLC, dba, Let’s Talk Hemp (The Producer) is accepting Call for Speakers applications for a variety of live events throughout the world and an audio-visual production for educational, marketing and promotional purposes containing scenes, shots, events and/or interviews in which I may perform, participate, am portrayed, or appear recognizably.
If I am approved to speak and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby authorize The Producer, their affiliates, licensees, assignee’s, and authorized agents to photograph, record or otherwise reproduce and depict my name, voice and visual likeness, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit and/or otherwise exploit any and all such reproductions containing my voice and/or appearance, altered as The Producer may see fit, in any and all media now or hereafter known. I hereby grant a royalty free license to The Producer for use of the content captured from Let’s Talk Hemp Speaking engagements for the entire world in perpetuity for and all the permissions stated above.
I hereby release The Producer, their affiliates, licensee, assignee’s, and authorized agents from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my name, voice and/or visual likeness, including, without limitation, any claims of rights of publicity, invasion of privacy, defamation, infringement of moral rights, or copyright infringement.
I hereby warrant that I am over the age of 18, have the right to contract in my own name, and have read and understand the Audio-Visual Likeness Release (“Release”) and all its terms.
This Release sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, oral or written. This Release is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
By completing this application, you agree to the specific terms and conditions as stated above.
